One sheet carries two separate consents — to processing and to dissemination, each with its own signature: the law requires the consent to dissemination to be executed separately. The first consent alone may be signed — the athlete then cannot be entered into competitions until a consent to dissemination is obtained. Consent to the processing of personal data

I, the data subject named above (or the legal representative of the subject named above), freely, of my own will and in my own interest (in the interest of the minor I represent), give consent to the Operator (Sole Proprietor Sergei Sergeevich Tikhomirov, INN 773375941728, OGRNIP 317774600222831, info@zenfencing.ru), and to the club or coach that keeps this consent, to process the subject's personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; date of birth; gender; country and region; sports information (weapon, rank or title, refereeing category, club, coach, training group, entry category, entries, results, rankings, licences); profile photo (if any); contact information — for the purposes of keeping the subject's record on the ZenFencing platform, club and federation membership, training, entering and taking part in fencing competitions, keeping a sports profile, calculating rankings and keeping the consent journal.

Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to competition organizers, to the Operator's competition-running services (live.zenfencing.ru, fencing.ru), to the clubs and federations to which the subject belongs, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without the use of automation. Processing on the Operator's instructions is performed by a hosting provider in the Russian Federation (named in the notification filed with Roskomnadzor) and the e-mail service operator. No cross-border transfer takes place. Special categories of personal data (including health data) are not collected.

The consent is valid for as long as the subject's record is kept and until withdrawn. Withdrawal — by e-mail to info@zenfencing.ru or through the club/coach; processing stops within 30 days unless the law provides otherwise. The conditions of processing and the subject's rights are set out in the Operator's Privacy Policy (https://zenfencing.ru/privacy-policy).

Transfer takes place via the Internet. Contact details and the representative's data are not disseminated.

The consent is valid until a request to stop dissemination is sent — by e-mail to info@zenfencing.ru (stating the full name, contact information and the list of data) or through the club/coach; dissemination on the Operator's resources stops within three business days.
